Zoning Board of Appeals Notice of Public Hearing

On May 14, 2024 starting at 6:00 pm, the Zoning Board of Appeals will be hearing a petition for a Variance by the First Church in Sterling on behalf of the Village Green Preschool for relief from the yard setback requirements (Section 2.5.1 of the Protective Bylaws) for the purposes of enlarging a non-conforming storage shed at a property located at 6 Meetinghouse Hill Road, Sterling, Parcel ID 93-62.
